Boarder variation

Boarder variation can at times be used to improve the visual communication of a design. As stated in Kraus "there are times when an edge treatment of some kind can be used to enforce or change the context or mood of an image"(p.196).

The photo below is a fountain at Princeton University and I have explored different boarders to bring out different dimensions of the image.
